Pretzels: If you wish to order pretzels for your child for the month of January the cost is $9.00 for the month or $45.00 for the rest of the school year. All money is due no later then Wednesday, December 14th, 2016.No payment will be accepted after December 14th. January will run from January 3rd to January 27th. Please be sure to include your child’s first and last name, room number and teachers name on the outside of the envelope. Please do not combined with other payments. Combined payments will be returned.

Modell’s: Modell’s has registered our school for the Team Weeks fundraiser. The attached coupon can be used over and over again throughout the dates of 11/25/16 – 12/29/16. Our school will receive a percentage back on every sale.

SALVATION ARMY TOY DRIVE
In partnership with Salvation Army, Philadelphia Performing Arts East and West will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for children in need. The toy drive will start on Thursday, December 1st through Friday, December 16th in the lobby of both campuses. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
Parents/Guardians, If your child is late or absent, you must send in a note.
Sending in Money
When sending in money please put students first and last name, room number, teacher’s name and what the payment is for on the envelope. Everything should be put in a separate envelop. Please do not send money in to the front desk or hand to your teacher outside. Money needs to come in with the students and should be given to their teacher.
