As announced on April 9th by Governor Tom Wolf, the String Theory Schools will be closed for the remainder of the 2019/2020 School Year. This decision was made to protect the health and safety of our students and community during the COVID-19 pandemic. While we have been preparing for distance learning for several weeks, news like this is never easy to hear.
In the best interest of our students, we move forward with our Continuity of Learning plan for the remainder of the school year. More details will follow as we work on the long-term planning and prioritization of events and activities impacted by the closure.
Please see the link below for our “Continuity of Education Plan.” This is our live plan, for both The Philadelphia Performing Arts Charter School (Grades K-12) as well as The Charter School for Arts & Sciences (Grades K-8), that will be updated as we move forward distance virtual learning.
What does it all mean for parents and students?
*Plans will be updated every Sunday evening.
